Whitehurst Lookout

The home is beautiful. The fenced in yard was amazing for our dogs. The view was lovely. There was a variety of games upstairs. It was a great stay.

Very nice home on the water. The entire family and the dog loved the house. Clean and beautiful.

Beautiful property. Lots of bedrooms, including 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms on the ground level. 2 additional rooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. Lots of space for our group to stretch out and well stocked kitchen. The main living areas and most bedrooms had beautiful views of the water.

The pictures don’t do it justice. The house was beautiful and there was a view of the sound from just about every room. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the kids had a blast. I have stayed in many vacation homes through the years and this was one of my favorites.

Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect for my wife’s 50th birthday getaway. The location is ideal for a peaceful, relaxing escape, and the atmosphere is wonderfully serene. The home itself was beautifully set up with plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone (we had 4 couples) and great communal areas, including the kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, and the back porch. Thoughtful touches—like beach chairs, toys, and games—were especially appreciated, as these items can be difficult to travel with. Communication with Landie was prompt and straightforward, and the checkout process was the easiest we’ve experienced at any property. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at one of Landie’s properties again.
